After 5 weeks of stubbornness, falling out of love with my iPhone and trying to see out the last 5 months of my contract with a smashed screen I could take it no more. I was determined I wasn’t going to pay Apple another penny (3 broken phones in one contract) so looked elsewhere and found Alex. There was a ‘too good to be true’ element to this – somebody who would come to your work place and fix your phone there and then for a fraction of the usual cost. Alex arrived on time, fixed the screen and charged me £60. Exactly what he said he’d do, excellent all round and the kind of service you want to tell your friends about. Most importantly, I love my iPhone again! Well done Alex and good luck with your business.

I dropped my lovely new iPhone 3GS and the glass smashed, and rendered it unusable (unless I wanted shards of glass in my fingers). After doing some research I stumbled across lovemac.co.uk. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and replied quickly to my enquiries. He offered a good, competitive price and was more than willing to meet whenever I was free. The phone was fixed in 30 minutes or so, and was back to looking like new again. Would recommend to anyone who has broken their iPhone!

When someone knocked my iPhone out of my hand and smashed the screen on a train platform I was gutted. Insurers were a nightmare and I didn’t fancy sending it off for 2 weeks for repair. Luckily I found Alex’s site and he came to my office, fixed it in 20 minutes and it is now as good as new! I would highly recommend Alex, professional, friendly and no fuss. I’m so pleased!

Had my iPhone screen replaced in no time by Alex. He is a true pro, a Mac expert. He made me feel like I was visiting an old friend, what a lovely chap! He is now on my mailing list. I highly recommend Alex! He responded to my initial email within the hour and came to my work the next day to fix my cracked iphone screen. I thought I would have to pay a fortune going through Apple trying to get this sorted but Alex offered a very very competitive service both in time taken to fix the screen and most importantly cost. On the realization that my beloved iPhone had fallen out of my pocket and the screen had cracked in to pieces, I wasn’t sure what to do. Apple wanted to charge a stupid amount that a poor student like me would struggle to afford/was a bit affronted to pay anyway, just because it’s such a rip off. However, my late night internet searching led me to come across Alex, who was polite, on time and even bought me a coffee, as well as the all important fixing of the phone! We met at a convenient location for both of us within 3 days of me originally emailing him and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alex again.

I used Alex after coming across his website on the net after cracking the glass on my 3G iPhone. After being told by Carphone Warehouse that my phone would cost £150 and be needed for 4 weeks, I was delighted to find that Alex met me within a few days of contacting him and repaired my phone in 30 minutes, for a much more reasonable amount of money. I would most definitely recommend using Alex.

After keeping my iPhone 3G neat and tidy for a good few months, I decided it was about time I did something devestating and managed to completely destroy the screen by shutting it in a drawer, with a hole punch. It did make a terrible sound…

Thinking at first that all was lost, I frenzied up some contact with O2 who advised me it’d be £140 to fix! Thankfully a bit of searching turned up Alex at LoveMac.co.uk. He was very polite and helpful on the email back-and-forth, and since I had to mail my phone to him and get it mailed back, I was a bit nervous about doing so with some random internet chap – but Alex seemed trustworthy, and I’m glad I took the chance, as my phone is now as good as new!
